Last year was my son’s first year in the KBX hockey school program and he absolutely loved it!
Before the school, one of his biggest issues was speed. I assumed his little legs just didn’t have the ability to go fast.
However, I was very wrong. It turned out he just needed confidence and it didn’t take long for Ken & his staff to instill it.
They convinced him that he was fast, super-fast and not only did he buy in, he became fast!
Every time he comes off the ice now he doesn’t say “did you see that goal?” or “did you see that pass?”.
Now he says “Dad, did you see me get back and catch that kid?” or “I felt fast today, did I look fast?”.
He has always loved to skate but now he loves to skate fast! Hockey has become more fun for him because of one KBX school.
If you ask him now “This summer do you want take a hockey school?”.
He’ll reply “No……I want to do KBX!”

Lucas would like to tell Coach Ken that everything he learned this morning plus all the pep-talks Ken has been giving have paid off.
Lucas got a hat trick tonight! He's super excited and can't stop talking about how he whipped the puck like Coach Ken show him!
